Marine Omega Fish Oil.

A few years ago I was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease called Polycondritis. It's where your immune system starts attacking itself. For me I got it in my ear cartilage and it would swell up and be very painful. My medical doctors put me on steroids, which helped to suppress it, but the steroids gave me other problems. I was taking a good Antioxidant supplement, which was helping but it wasn't until I started on the Marine Omega that I really noticed the difference. I have dropped down to a very low dose of steroids and when I tried to do this five months ago the swelling flared back up. It's been 2 months since I dropped down to the lower dose again and I haven't had any problems. I know the Marine Omega is what's helping it and I hope that in a few more months I won't have to worry about Polycondritus again. I had heard that fish was good for me but I never really understood why or how it benefited me. I also didn't really like the taste of most fish. I tried some different brands and hated that I always burped up a fishy taste afterwards. I even tried drinking the oil once and that was really bad. I decided to try taking the Marine Omega after a friend told me about it. She said she hadn't had a cold since she'd been taking it and she said it didn't have that awful fishy after taste. I like that I can open the bottle and don't have to hold my nose. I really don't think they smell at all and I definitely don't burp afterwards. I also noticed that an old knee pain I used to have doesn't bother me anymore. I'm happy to say I'm stuck on Marine Omega.
